Custom Repeats
It would be great to be able to set up more complex repeating dates such as ‘2nd Tuesday of the month’ or ‘last weekday of the month’.
Saved current and previously used locations suggestion
When choosing a location for an event or a meeting, it would be much easier if the old locations were suggested alongside locations that were saved, or just having the option of choosing a new one.

Event editing: apply to only future events & undo changes
Hi, I've been using Daybridge for a few weeks now, and I thought some small changes could make the app faster and easier to use. Firstly, being able to delete events directly from the right-click menu could save some time. (My 2015 laptop doesn't really handle the animations very quickly unfortunately) Also, I like to use the calendar as both a planner and a sort-of journal, and I like to be able to look at past weeks to see what I've spent my time with. To this end, when I make edits to repeating event, an option to choose to apply the edits to only the events in the future would be great. I recently made the mistake of thinking the "Everything" option would be like this, so an undo option would have been nice at that instance as well. I've really grown to like using Daybridge, and think the roadmap is looking very good! Looking forward to new features and improvements.

Unused space on mobile app
All-day events have quite a bit of unused space if they are only one or two. As a result, the title of the appointment cannot always be read at a glance. I think it would be better if the events were no more than half the width of the screen (instead of a third) and scaled as the number increases.

Event Color Separate From Category
It would be better if I were able to choose the color of the event regardless of the category it is in. Colors should be separated from the categories. For exaple, if I were to have a very important event, I would want it to be color red (because it is very important) regardless of the category it's in. People have different ways of associating colors, whether it's because of it's importance, a personal coloring sistem or simply for the visuals of it. Therefore colors should be a choosable feature separated from the category of the event.
Bulk Select Events
It would be great to be able to select multiple events at a time to bulk edit them. For example if plans have changed and a series of events have been moved to another day... Or if you need to clear out all the events in a day. Possibly by Cmd/Ctrl + Clicking to select multiple events?
📊 Analytics
I was wondering if you could add a option about completion of tasks/events and provide corresponding analytics about completion percentage, what time the most tasks were left incomplete, which time is most productive/unprodictive, etc. hope this helps.

No option to enable notifications in Safari
On setting up the app on first use in the Safari browser there was a modal asking to enable notifications. The 'yes' option button didn't perform an action, so the 'no' option had to be chosen. Notifications are disabled in Safari but app.daybridge.com doesn't appear as either allowed or denied in Safari notification settings. It would be ideal if from the app.daybridge.com notification settings, there was an option to ask again to send notifications. The 'instructions for safari' button didn't provide useful support on this i'm afraid.
Functional hyperlinks in events on web
I find that I'm able to easily go to where events link on my phone, but not quite so easily on my desktop. Needing to highlight and copy/paste to go where an event links to is a bit of a hassle.

Search on time zone selection dropdown
While looking for time zones, there is no way to quickly look for one in particular. When we type the first letters are the ones working, and they're about continents and not cities. Having a search feature would save lots of time.
Location Accuracy
When searching for a location by name of the company, currently the results come back with the correct company but in locations nowhere near my location. It would be great to have the businesses listed in proximity to my location at the top of the list.

Optimistic UI so the app feels faster
Currently the app seems to actually add events and wait for confirmation from the connected calendar. this has an negative affect on the UX as it seems unresponsive and slow. It would be great to have a more 'optimistic' approach to the UI, where the events are added within the app itself and then updated to the connected calendar in an async fashion as soon as possible. If it fails then you can show the user this or save the state and re-try.

Add option to save edits to this and future recurring events
I don't want to affect past events of a recurring event. It would be great if there was an option to save edits only for this and future recurring events without affecting past events.

Option to save edits for "this and everything after" for recurring events
Honestly, this is something I feel is missing as it can make it easier to apply changes for future events. You might want to change the time for future recurring events without affecting the previous events, yet this isn't currently possible without having to make a new recurring event with the new time.
Color by hex
The coloring function is super important and I'm very happy to see you've got a good start on that already, but I need the ability to color-code with my own colors. Instead of limiting the color selection to a few colors, let us add in our own HEX like other calendars (ie. Google calendar) does. For me, this is crucial to be able to use Daybridge. I color code tasks and events different, but in the same color family. Ie. work meetings red, work tasks light red. Or private events teal, private tasks light teal, etc.

Safari notification help link nl-nl
When notifications are disabled in Safari, the link to 'Instructions for Safari' sends me to the nl-nl language version. Ideally, this would be in the language my calendar or browser is set to (en-gb); otherwise, default to English.
calendar colours
Use the calendar colors we have/allow hex input. I don't like my calendar yelling at me in colours, it makes my eyes hurt...
