Client-side exception when selecting dropdown after text field in 'Phone Numbers' Settings

This bug causes the app to throw an application error when you select the 'Phone Numbers' text field followed by the dropdown. It can be replicated consistently in at least two evergreen browsers (Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox).

To reproduce this bug:

• Visit https://daybridge.com/

• Select the Sign In button in the top right

• Login with your auth provider of choice

• When the app loads, go to the settings page

  • Click your avatar in the bottom left

  • Then select Settings from the menu

• When the setting page loads, scroll to the bottom where you'll see 'Phone Numbers'

• Select the text input field

• Now select the dropdown next to it

• 💥 Oops! You've just crashed the app!
