Collective Pot for groups and budgeting folks!

Some sort of tab function that allows groups to keep track of not only individuals monetary contributions towards an event (but no banking integration required) with to-dos so if we're planning a camping trip we can keep track of what supplies everyone is bringing and if they have already gathered what we needed!
