Sign in with Apple on Daybridge Android app not working

When you click the Sign in with Apple in the Daybridge Android app it takes you to the Apple website, but rather than seeing the sign in form, I'm presented with an error that says "invalid_request" and "invalid web redirect url." (See screenshot below)
