Stops Repeating calendar Dialog opens off screen

When editing or creating a event that makes use of the Stops repeating, the dialog opens off screen. This appears to just be a sizing concern. I was able to correct it by increasing the size of the side panel to a larger share of the screen. Upon doing so the dialog still opens next to the On date selector. Dialog most likely just needs to open on top of the selector, rather than the side.
