Working in shifts

Im working in 5 different shifts through out the week... it would be nice if I can make a preset of those shifts and just pull it from the side into my calendar. I did have the same issue with every calendar ive used so far, just because my work is irregular and it leads to a complete pain in the ass every month setting it up. So an upgrade in that kind of direction would be super nice.
